My stay at The Reach Key West had its ups and downs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, especially the front desk, where Gethro was incredibly helpful 🤗. However, I faced issues with my room's balcony view and encountered noise from a wedding reception nearby, which really impacted my comfort. Still, the beach area was lovely and set up nicely for relaxation. Overall, the attentive service and beautiful pool area were highlights, but some facility aspects need improvement.
